職務要求
1. Educational Background:

(1) Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Psychology, Finance, or related business fields.
(2) Requires solid and in-depth professional knowledge of the core discipline, along with the ability to solve business needs with expertise.

2. Language Proficiency:

(1) English: Advanced written and verbal communication skills required (TOEIC 860 or equivalent).
(2) Additional languages: Proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese (minimum N2), or German (minimum B2) is advantageous.

3. Technical Skills: 

(1) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
(2) Strong analytical skills with experience in data and market analysis; programming skills are a plus.

4. Interpersonal and Cognitive Skills:

(1) Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills.
(2) Excellent logical thinking and self-motivation.
(3) Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
