Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. As of 2024, TSMC serves more than 500 customers and manufactures over 11,000 products for high-performance computing, smartphones, the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, and digital consumer electronics. It is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs, with an annual capacity of over 17 million 12-inch equivalent wafers in 2025. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and the Company began construction on a specialty technology fab in Dresden, Germany, in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.

As part of the TSMC People Experience team, this role supports global-scale projects and initiatives through the application of people analytics and data visualization. You will derive and report insights in an evidence-based and visually intuitive manner. As a senior individual contributor and independent thinker, you will translate raw people experience and operational data into actionable insights that enhance the employee experience across our diverse workforce and inform leadership decisions.
Zuständigkeiten
  1. Develop comprehensive experience measures and reporting templates that integrate diverse data sets to pinpoint organizational drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  2. Utilize advanced analytical techniques to provide a 360-degree view of the employee experience – including but not limited to driver, trend, cohort, and sentiment analysis.
  3. Independently design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports that distill complex findings into clear, visually compelling, and actionable insights.
  4. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including HRBPs and IT, to navigate data structures and extract the necessary information for people experience related analysis.
  5. Maintain rigorous governance standards for data quality, confidentiality, and reporting integrity, ensuring continuous improvement of methodologies and documentation.
  6. Leverage AI-driven predictive modeling to forecast organizational trends and drive proactive, data-informed decision-making.
Qualifikationen
Education & Professional Experience
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree, and/or professional certification in Human Resources, Psychology, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Organizational Behavior, People Analytics, or related fields.
  • 7 – 10+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, Employee Listening, Organizational Research, or related analytical HR roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage analytical workstreams from problem definition to insight delivery.
  • Exposure to multiple HR disciplines and experience in management consulting, internal strategy, enterprise analytics, or customer insights is an asset.
Skills & Technical Expertise
  • Strong capability in survey methodology, applied statistics, driver analysis, text/sentiment analysis, data visualization, executive reporting, and insight storytelling. 
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Proficiency with Power BI/Tableau, Qualtrics, SAP SuccessFactors, Python, R, SQL, and AI tools an asset.
