We are looking for a passionate and experienced senior developer to join our innovative team and help build intelligent HR solutions. This role combines full-stack development, AI/ML integration, and efficient system architecture design to enhance enterprise efficiency and deliver a more human-centric experience. You will be involved in the full development lifecycle, from design to deployment, while playing a key role in technical decision-making and performance optimization.

職務說明
1. Full-stack Development: Own the complete development lifecycle from front-end user interfaces to back-end services and databases, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
2. AI/ML Integration: Design, develop, and integrate AI/ML models and services into HR applications, ensuring seamless functionality and data flow. This may include features like intelligent recommendations, predictive analytics, natural language processing (NLP) for HR data, or automation tools.
3. System Architecture Design: Participate in and lead the technical selection, architectural design, and optimization of HR application systems, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.
4. Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and share best practices with junior developers within the team, fostering their growth and development.
5. Requirements Analysis & Solutioning: Collaborate closely with HR business partners and product managers to deeply understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications and viable solutions.
6. API Design & Integration: Design and develop robust APIs, and integrate with internal or external systems to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between systems.
7. Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance, identify potential bottlenecks, proactively optimize systems, and quickly respond to and resolve technical issues in production environments.
8. Testing & Quality Assurance: Write unit tests, integration tests, and participate in system testing to ensure code quality and system stability.
9. Technical Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and tools, especially in AI/ML advancements and their applications in HR, evaluate their potential use, and propose innovative solutions.
10. Documentation: Create clear technical documentation, design specifications, and operational manuals.
職務要求
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence); a Master’s degree is preferred.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of full-stack development experience, with 2-3 years of hands-on AI/ML integration in production systems; HR system development experience is a plus.
3. Technical Skills:

(1) Proficiency in front-end frameworks (e.g., React).
(2) Expertise in back-end technologies (e.g., Python/Django).
(3) Experience with database operations (SQL/NoSQL).
(4) Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

4. System Architecture: Knowledge of microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
5. Tools & Processes: Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development.
6. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
7. Bonus Points:

(1) Experience in HR system or enterprise application development.
(2) Familiarity with DevOps/MLOps practices and big data technologies.
(3) Cloud certifications or contributions to AI/ML open-source projects.
