Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. In 2023, the company served 528 customers with 11,895 products for high performance computing, smartphones, IoT, automotive, and consumer electronics, and is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs with annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and its ESMC subsidiary plans to begin construction on a fab in Germany in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.

We are looking for an experienced and professional Manager Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and engaging with managerial candidates to develop talent pipelines, building their interests in available positions and hiring high-quality talents for business needs.

Responsibility:

1. Manage full life cycle of recruitment processes by partnering with hiring managers and various HR parties. Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy for responsible accounts to support business results.
2. Identify qualified candidate profiles by using various sourcing channels and bring top talents to TSMC. Able to build good relations with candidates while growing a strong talent pipeline.
3. Stay up to date with Semiconductor talent market trends. Able to provide Talent Market insights to hiring managers to make better-informed recruitment decisions with a wealth of data.
4. Manage the recruitment dashboard, including deliver hiring analysis report. Monitor recruitment progress/hiring quality and identify potential issues by generating and analyzing reports and KPIs.
5. Provide solutions when anticipating needs of candidates, HR business partners and hiring managers.
職務要求
1. Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience.
2. Experience with full life cycle recruiting for managerial positions, with Semiconductor industry experience is a plus.
3. Ability to analyze & visualize data is a huge plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel, Power Point, etc.
4. Ability to develop a strong understanding of the industry and the talent market.
5. Strong interpersonal skills, and able to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
6. Flexibility and ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
7. Familiar with varied sourcing channels (e.g., LinkedIn and conference).
8. Good time managements skills and strong attention to details.
9. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
