Responsibilities
(Immediately after hiring)
Played as IT Infra manager, responsible for JASM IT affairs including data center, network, telecommunications operations and client service, and need to align solutions and practices with HQ IT.
As a JASM IT Infra manager (to-be section manager), you will:
1.Align infrastructure solutions with HQ IT and complete the IT infrastructure projects in Kumamoto, including new fab construction, network and telecommunications engineering and construction.
2.Responsible for IT data center operations. Efficiently operate the IT data center and provide fast 1st-line on-duty services for all server and network equipment.
3.Provide IT client services to all JASM employees. Maintain employees' PCs and mobile phones, executing meeting room and printing service construction and maintenance, and conducting office-related antivirus scan tasks in accordance with IT security policies.
※There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.
Minimum Qualifications
1.Bachelor's degree or above, majored in computer science, information management, electrical engineering or IT-related areas.
2.Capable for English/Mandarin/Japanese communication skills both in oral and written is suggested.
3.10~15 years of IT experience in data center and networks is must.
4.Equipped with experience in data center construction and enterprise network architecture development skill is a must.
Preferred Qualifications

・Fluent Mandarin/Japanese speaking, good listening, and writing.
(Key Experience)
・At least 3 years of experience as a manager at an infrastructure-related organization.
・Be familiar with data center and network operations

・Good team building and mature management skill.
・Must be highly organized & proactive. Able to work well across organizations (within JASM functions and across HQ, vendors).
・Polished presentation and interpersonal skills.

2.Working Days & Hours - 8:30~17:30
