5. Monitor existing data, channels and provide insights to identify opportunities and improvement areas.
6. Proactively think of innovative solutions to improve current process and improve candidate experience.
7. Ability to work on global talent acquisition projects and conduct process and system enhancements.
8. Work closely with other team members and stakeholders on various HR talent acquisition initiatives and global projects.
1. Possess a minimum of bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Management, or the related domains is preferred.
2. Have 5+ years of working experience in HR, and in a multinational company is preferred.
3. Possess strong business acumen, market research, talent intelligence and knowledge of talent trends globally.
4. Highly motivated to take initiatives on global projects, continuous improvement with great follow-through skills.
5. A team player with good demonstrations from past experiences is a must.
6. Possess resilient, change and learning agility, team player spirit, high EQ and AQ (Adversity Quotient).
7. Strong Integrity and commitment to results.
8. Great resilience to cope with challenges, stress, and fast-paced environment.
Other Requirements:
1. Strong verbal and written English communication skills is a must. Mandarin language is a plus.
2. Logical thinking, multitasking abilities to manage complexity and dynamic demands.
3. Strong self-learning capabilities to acquire skills in online systems, processes, and semiconductor technical knowledge.
