  • Dive deep into the intricacies of enterprise projects, thoughtfully contextualizing objectives and uncovering the fundamental challenges, particularly those spanning multiple domains and organizational layers.
  • Cultivate a profound understanding of project interdependencies and potential complexities, proactively anticipating challenges and strategically crafting innovative solutions to keep projects progressing smoothly.
  • Innovate and adapt implementation approaches, tailoring them to the unique nature of each project to maximize delivery efficiency and achieve profound impact within our complex, global environment.

Empowering Execution
  • Develop comprehensive and dynamic project plans that establish clear governance, manage timelines with precision, optimize budgets, and secure essential resources for successful and impactful project delivery.
  • Proactively identify and address potential risks and roadblocks through attentive listening and continuous, collaborative engagement with stakeholders. Your keen insight will guide timely and effective escalation when crucial.
  • Facilitate seamless project execution by adeptly coordinating diverse, multi-disciplinary teams and skillfully managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, consistently meeting ambitious deadlines.

  • Champion and integrate leading program/project management methodologies, serving as an ambassador for best practices and discipline within our decentralized PMO framework.

  • Possess exceptional interpersonal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to transform intricate project details and complex data into clear, compelling, and actionable insights for a wide range of audiences.
  • Thoughtfully refine and adjust communication content, medium, and frequency to resonate perfectly with each target audience, ensuring complete transparency, shared understanding, and enthusiastic buy-in across all project stages.
  • Demonstrate superior verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin, essential for fostering productive dialogues across functions and countries, leading engaging workshops, and building strong, collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Ignite project commitment and a sense of urgency through persuasive communication. Leverage engaging storytelling, impactful visual aids, and compelling narratives to transform recommendations into inspiring, actionable plans that drive tangible progress.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong, enduring relationships with all project stakeholders, fostering an atmosphere of mutual trust and shared dedication to project success.
職務要求
1. 7+ years of progressive and impactful experience in project management delivery or within a Project Management Office (PMO), ideally with a background in consulting. Experience in architecting data foundations and leading different initiatives is a significant advantage.
2. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to distill and convey complex ideas simply and effectively, both verbally and in writing, in Mandarin and English.
3. A pragmatic problem-solver with a strong track record of applying well-developed quantitative, conceptual, and analytical skills to navigate and resolve complex business challenges.
4. A natural collaborator, adept at working with cross-country/function teams at all levels. Experience in engaging and influencing senior leadership teams is highly valued.
5. An agile learner with a strong capacity to quickly assimilate and understand business needs spanning multi-domains, applying effective problem-solving techniques. You are driven to quickly drill down to resolve issues and take full ownership of their successful resolution.
6. Highly organized, versatile, and dedicated to efficient productivity with a meticulous attention to detail.
7. Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, embracing flexibility and agility to meet ambitious deadlines and expertly manage simultaneous workstreams.
8. A strong sense of ownership and a genuine passion for being a catalyst in driving enterprise-wide initiatives to successful completion.
