European Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (ESMC) is a joint venture between four technology leaders, TSMC, Bosch, Infineon and NXP, to establish a state-of-the-art semiconductor fab in the heart of Europe. To help us build the foundation of our future fab in Dresden, we are looking for a highly motivated and passionate:

Electrical Engineer

The role:

As an Electrical Engineer in ESMC Facility team you will play a pivotal role in establishing the foundation for a stable and reliable utility power for our new fab facility start-up. Collaborating with internal and external 3rd party suppliers you'll be instrumental in executing new facility system start-ups, organizing teams, and providing crucial support to prevent and resolve future production issues.

1. Oversee the execution of power-related facility engineering projects, and procurement requirements including expansion, renovation, maintenance, and demolition.
2. Manage power system operations, including routine maintenance, enhancing system reliability, and addressing anomalies to ensure uninterrupted power supply.
3. Monitor power quality in the control room. Clarify and resolve on-site issues when abnormalities occur, or notifications are received.
4. Collaborate closely with external partner and contractors to coordinate and resolve daily operational issues (eg equipment maintenance, fault handling) and ensure seamless coordination and efficient task execution.
5. Support the organization in growing maturity with projects and tasks related to Environment, Safety, and Health (ESH), cost management, awareness and training, preventive maintenance (PM), threat defense, and energy conservation.
6. Drive awareness and capabilities enhancement of among external engineers and organization members through mentorship and training initiatives.
7. Participate in or lead cross-department/functional projects to achieve goals.
職務要求
Qualifications and Education:

Master’s degree in electrical engineering or relative education and background; or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or relative education and background with minimum of 3 years experiences in electrical operation, better in semi-conductor industry.

Language Skills: 

Fluent German and English is required.

Professional Skills:

1. Familiarity the national German electrical codes and standards.
2. High interested and passion for all topics electrical utilities, safety, energy saving and use optimization.
3. Flexible and open minded.

Location: Dresden, Germany.
