European Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (ESMC) is a joint venture between four technology leaders, TSMC, Bosch, Infineon and NXP, to establish a state-of-the-art semiconductor fab in the heart of Europe. To help us build the foundation of our future fab in Dresden, we are looking for a highly motivated and passionate: 

ESMC Quality and Reliability Sr. Manager/Deputy Director

This is a crucial role at ESMC, responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our entire system, from incoming materials and parts, through in-process wafers, to outgoing products. We are seeking a motivated, seasoned senior manager with a proven track record of problem-solving, strong communication, and people skills. Familiarity with German regulations and the local business ecosystem is a significant advantage.
職務說明
1. Responsible for overseeing the comprehensive quality and reliability assessment processes, including incoming materials, in-process wafers, and outgoing products.
2. Lead the Q&R organization to proactively manage baseline qualities and change management for ESMC suppliers, Fab wafer process records, and deliver customer satisfaction to TSMC standards.
3. Develop and implement a strategic plan to establish a sustainable Quality and Reliability system for ESMC. This includes fostering a balanced workforce by integrating talent from both the headquarters and local teams at ESMC.

Qualifications and Education:

Ph.D. or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Materials Engineering, Physics, Statistics, Reliability, or a related field.

Language Skills:

1. Fluent in English.
2. Basic communication skills in Mandarin or German are a plus.

Professional Skills:

1. More than 15 years of process or product experience in the semiconductor industry.
2. Good project management skills.
3. Familiarity with local regulations and business ecosystems.
4. Proven experience in quality assurance, strong leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of industry regulations and standards.
5. The position also requires superior problem-solving capabilities and exceptional communication skills to successfully execute quality enhancement strategies.
