To help us build the foundation of our future fab in Dresden, we are looking for a highly motivated and passionate:

Building Information Modeling (BIM) Engineer

The role:

Join our innovative team as Building Information Modeling (BIM) Engineer and spearhead the integration of cutting-edge BIM technologies to revolutionize the construction and ongoing management of our future fab facility. Support the implementation and oversight of BIM strategies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration across all project phases enhance efficiency and accuracy in the construction and ongoing management of the fab.
職務說明
1. Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategy, ensuring alignment with project objectives and standards.
2. Establish standards and guidelines for model-based work, crafting a robust BIM implementation plan to guide project execution.
3. Collaborate closely with construction teams, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure adherence to BIM standards throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Manage the integration of BIM software tools and systems with project management workflows, optimizing efficiency and collaboration.
5. Provide technical guidance and training to staff on BIM processes, empowering them to leverage BIM technology effectively.
6. Take charge of creating and managing digital 3D models and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness throughout the facility's lifecycle.
7. Monitor BIM integration progress and resolve conflicts proactively to ensure smooth construction processes.
8. Maintain the BIM integration platform to ensure its functionality and reliability.
職務要求
Qualifications and Education:

1. Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field with minimum of 3 years of experience as a BIM coordinator or management role, particularly in large-scale industrial or manufacturing projects.
2. Advanced certification or training in BIM technology and project management, such as Autodesk Certified Professional.

Language Skills: 

Fluent German and English is required.

Professional Skills:

1. Proven track record of managing BIM processes in all stages of construction projects.
2. Experience with BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks, and similar tools.

Personal Attributes:

Passionate about leveraging BIM technology to drive innovation and excellence in construction.
