Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. As of 2024, TSMC serves more than 500 customers and manufactures over 11,000 products for high-performance computing, smartphones, the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, and digital consumer electronics. It is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs, with an annual capacity of over 17 million 12-inch equivalent wafers in 2025. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and the Company began construction on a specialty technology fab in Dresden, Germany, in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
Job Responsibilities
1. HR People Partner

We are seeking a highly motivated People Partner to join our dynamic HR team. This role is crucial in fostering a positive and productive work environment by ensuring seamless HR operations, promoting employee well-being, and providing robust support to both employees and managers.

Responsibility:

1. Employee Experience & Engagement: Design, organize, and execute initiatives that enhance employee engagement, well-being, and overall satisfaction. Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers, offering practical support and guidance.
2. HR Process Execution & Optimization: Facilitate the efficient execution of HR processes and procedures. Actively identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance operational effectiveness.
3. HR Solution Delivery: Assist in the implementation of business-aligned HR solutions and provide consultation on HR policies and procedures. Manage specific employee relations cases as needed.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting: Contribute to HR projects by gathering information, conducting basic data analysis, and preparing comprehensive reports to support informed decision-making and strategic HR initiatives.

Key Deliverables:

1. Development of efficient channels and plans for HR process improvement and employee relations enhancement.
2. Effective consultation and execution of HR policies and processes.
3. Successful implementation of business-aligned HR solutions.
4. Proactive management of unique employee cases.

2. Talent Acquisition Specialist

1. Partner closely with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, effectively source and engage with best-fit candidates to streamline the hiring process.
2. Coordinate a smooth selection process involving candidates, line managers, and yourself, nurturing strong relationships from start to finish.
3. Utilize data insights to identify opportunities in candidates' journey and generate hiring strategic with respective hiring organization.
4. Contribute to global recruiting initiatives and lead process and system enhancements.
Job Qualifications
1. HR People Partner

(1) Master's degree in Human Resources, MBA, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field.
(2) Prior experience in an HR function is highly preferred.
(3) Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to build rapport and engage with diverse groups of people.
(4) Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
(5) Must be effectively bilingual in Mandarin and English.
