To help us build the foundation of our future fab in Dresden, we are looking for a highly motivated and passionate:

Trilingual Module Engineer  (m/f/d)

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Trilingual Module Engineer to join our engineering operations team. This role is uniquely positioned to contribute across one or more critical areas - Process Integration, Process Engineering, or Equipment Engineering - based on your expertise and evolving business needs. You are going to be within the first group of engineers you will spend at least a year working closely with professional engineers at our training center in Taichung, Taiwan. We recommend to speak fluent German, English and Chinese to enable seamless communication.
Job Responsibilities
Depending on your background and the operational needs, responsibilities may include:

Process Integration Engineering

1. Develop and optimize integration flows for advanced semiconductor technologies.
2. Interface with process, device, and design teams to drive yield improvements.
3. Analyze electrical test and defect data to identify integration issues.

Process Engineering

1. Define, control, and improve semiconductor fabrication processes (e.g., lithography, etch, deposition).
2. Drive process development for new products and technologies.
3. Conduct DOEs and use statistical tools to ensure process stability and capability.

Equipment Engineering

1. Install, qualify, and maintain semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
2. Partner with vendors for troubleshooting and performance optimization.
3. Monitor tool performance and lead equipment upgrades or retrofits.
Job Qualifications
Qualifications and Education:

1. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Germany. 
2. Fluency in German, English, and Chinese (both spoken and written).
3. Willing to travel to Taiwan for the on job training. 
4. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Effective communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
7. Exposure to multicultural teams or international projects.
8. Experience in a high-volume semiconductor fab or R&D facility is a plus.

Language Skills:

Fluent in English, German, Mandarin Chinese.

Professional Skills:

Communication style: concise, data driven manner.

Training/Onboarding:

1. Onboarding starts 1st of October 2025 
2. Willingness to spend a minimum of 12 months in Taiwan for the training.
