Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. In 2023, the company served 528 customers with 11,895 products for high performance computing, smartphones, IoT, automotive, and consumer electronics, and is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs with annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and its ESMC subsidiary plans to begin construction on a fab in Germany in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
Job Responsibilities
1. Project Management:

(1) Oversee and manage the development and implementation of training programs by collaborating with various course owners, ensuring the timely delivery and high-quality standards of all training initiatives.
(2) Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure all training programs are delivered on schedule and within scope.
(3) Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.

2. Delivery of Training Programs:

(1) Identify training needs across the organization by conducting comprehensive needs assessments and collaborating with stakeholders.
(2) Work closely with external consultants and vendors to develop and deliver customized training programs that meet the specific needs of the organization.
(3) Ensure training materials are current, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.

3. Course Quality Assurance:

(1) Collect and analyze feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
Job Qualifications
1. Excellent project management skills, identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines and outcomes.
2. Outstanding communication abilities for effective coordination with various stakeholders.
3. Fluent English proficiency to interact seamlessly with international consultants and regional partners.
4. At least 3 years of work experience.
5. Master degree and education background in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or Psychology.
6. Experience in intercultural training and additional language skills such like Japanese, German are a plus.
