Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement content strategies to support the company's sustainability disclosure initiatives.

2. Write and edit sustainability reports, stakeholder engagement materials, and other communications related to sustainability.

3. Manage projects related to sustainability reporting, stakeholder engagement, and other sustainability-related initiatives.

4. Monitor and report on key sustainability metrics and performance indicators.

5. Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices in sustainability disclosure and reporting.

6. Perform linguistic tasks including English to Chinese (and vice versa) translation, editing, proofreading, and/or copywriting.

Job Qualifications

1. Bachelor's and Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. sustainability, communications, journalism, business).

2. 5+ years of experience in content strategy, and project management.

3. Native/excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English is a must.

4. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

5. Experience with stakeholder engagement and collaboration.

6. Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks and standards (e.g. GRI, SASB, TCFD, TNFD, etc.) is a plus.

7. Good organizational ability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. Computer and internet savvy; proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
