Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. In 2023, the company served 528 customers with 11,895 products for high performance computing, smartphones, IoT, automotive, and consumer electronics, and is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs with annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and its ESMC subsidiary plans to begin construction on a fab in Germany in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
Job Responsibilities
1. Supplier sustainability/resilience audit system development.
2. Involve in supplier new facility design to fit TSMC request.
3. Involve in supplier on site/remote audit and corrective action follow-up.
4. Assigned project management and cross functional coordination.
Job Qualifications
1. Fluent English is required, second language such as Japanese is a plus.
2. Master's degree in engineering/science is required.
3. 5 years of experiences in facility(chemicals/gas) or hands-on operations for semiconductor or electronic materials or chemicals industry is a plus.
4. Supply chain audit/risk management project, ESG activity experiences from global companies is a plus.
5. Experienced in chemical material facility build up is a plus.
6. Hands-on tasks and be able to work with the team and lead for change in a matrix team environment.
7. ISO/OHSAS/QS/RBA certificate auditor is a plus.
8. Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, familiar with SAP.
9. Travel in local and oversea are required.
