Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. In 2023, the company served 528 customers with 11,895 products for high performance computing, smartphones, IoT, automotive, and consumer electronics, and is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs with annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and its ESMC subsidiary plans to begin construction on a fab in Germany in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.

The Corporate DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) team at our global headquarters in Hsinchu is seeking a collaborative partner to help foster a diverse and inclusive environment. The role requires agility, open-mindedness, self-motivation, and strong numerical skills to manage and support DEI, ERG, and ESG projects.
Job Responsibilities
1. DEI data analysis, dashboard/database, and content management – Gathers, analyzes and translates data to understand barriers towards diversity, equity, and inclusion. Researches and develops metrics and evaluation processes to assess the effectiveness of DEI initiatives.
2. DEI digital marketing planning & implementation – Manages and executes DEI marketing campaign and website. Provides concrete thoughts for implementation and organizes distribution through various promotion channels. Measures and reports on the performance of campaigns and initiatives, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
3. DEI project management & support – Conducts internal assessments related to DEI to assist in work environment, policy development, and improvement. Executes and supports projects and ensure the success of DEI/ERG programs. Collaborates and co-ordinates globally with stakeholders across TSMC and the Company’s HR functions, helps design methods to evaluate the progress of TSMC DEI work and identify potential approaches to improving DEI outcomes.
Job Qualifications
1. At least 3-5 years proven professional experience in data analysis, public policy, project management or digital marketing/communications from global scope.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above in social sciences, mass communications, or business analysis & management majors.
3. An efficient coordinator with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and drive positive results.
4. Demonstrate self-motivated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while effectively addressing day-to-day responsibilities.
5. Open-minded team player who is not afraid to take initiative and can think out of the box to drive change and innovation.
6. Demonstrating knowledge in DEI and its best practices/trends/key concepts is a plus.
