The Recruiting Sourcer will be responsible for front-end recruiting activities. Primary responsibility will be to source up to 3000 resumes per week for high volume roles in engineering, as well as unique roles which will require headhunting expertise such as an executive recruiter. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic. This is a fixed-term contract of 6 months with an opportunity to convert to direct hire. A 90-day probartionary period starting from hire date, and is eligible fr benefits and other great perks! 

 

This position is on-site, 5-days per week Monday thru Friday 8-5, o 9-6.

 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Using your strong technical recruiting acumen to find best-in-class talent to help shape and scale semiconductor manufacturing teams;
  • Successfully fill requisitions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment;
  • Act as an advocate for both TSMC and candidates throughout the early recruitment process;
  • Provide an efficient, high-touch experience for every candidate.
  • Proactively source candidates through a variety of methods (i.e., digital, social media, linkedin, indeed, facebook, and various other platforms), building a consistent pipeline of talent for high priority and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the strategy, objectives, processes, culture, and skills required and support the recruitings team
  • Responsible for capturing, maintaining, and reporting data to communicate progress and performance
  • Be an expert in driving recruitment marketing and analytics strategies and solutions through various advertisement platforms such as google ads, linkedin, and indeed.
  • Pratner closely with the recruiting team and be able to quickly understand the hiring scopes to source qualified candidates
  • Maintain clear and consistent records in our system. Utilize your attention to detail and process rigor to become a trusted partner to internal stakeholders to ensure reporting accuracy and a stellar new employee onboarding experience.
  • Use hiring metrics to develop new and more efficient hiring solutions;

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' combined experience with full life cycle recruiting and recruitment marketing in a high-volume environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,Marketing, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the MS Office suite, specifically excel and powerpoint
  • Ability to work with great accuracy and be detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously as well as manage changing priorities
  • Ability to work with confidential information on a regular basis
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic, reliability, teamwork and flexibility
  • Experience working in a cross-cultural environment preferred;
  • Combination of agency and in-house recruiting experience a plus;
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands;
  • Patient, communicative, collaborative team player that is detail-oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills;
  • Takes initiative, is proactive with strong follow through and client service;
  • Self-motivated, driven, go-getter mentality; self-sufficient, able to work with ambiguity;

 

Work Location: Phoenix, AZ. This position requires full-time on-site presence.
