Job Responsibilities
1. Silicon validation for internal test chip, including SoC, 3DIC, Memory test chips, etc.
2. Collaborate with design team to review testability, bring up test program, validation of test patterns and do characterization.
3. Co-work with R&D/Product Engineering/Quality & Reliability/Design team to debug process/design related issues and failure diagnosis.
Job Qualifications
1. Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
2. ATE memory programming ability (93K MTP/UltraFELX VBT)
3. Good understanding of memory device and MBIST/DMA/repairing/scramble is a plus
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills
5. Self-motivated and excellent team spirit
6. Good spoken and written English is a plus
