Job Responsibilities
1. Work on data, and translate data into insights that can be used to drive actions for organization effectiveness.
2. Identify and integrate HR processes and practices in support of organizational and cultural transformation with balanced global and local perspective.
3. Design and implement appropriate interventions to address and respond to organization development as well as talent development issues.
4. Provide tools to facilitate changes, and enable managers to contribute to organization and talent development.
5. Conduct benchmark research and experiments that are up-to-date with new models and practices.
6. Enrich TSMC Organizational Development (OD) Knowledge Management by integrating practical experiences and theoretical frameworks.
Job Qualifications
1. Master’s degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resource, Psychology, or related fields.
2. Minimum 7 years of HR related experiences.
3. Good innovation capability, result-oriented, and a good team player with learning ability.
4. Fluent in both spoken and written English (TOEIC: 850+ is a plus).
5. Data analysis, behavioral science, performance consulting, organizational diagnosis, and instructional design professions are preferred.
6. Detail-oriented. Comfortable working with qualitative and quantitative data.
7. Comfortable working on ambiguous projects and in a fast-paced environment.
