Played as an IT User Support engineer, who provides technical support and maintenance services in a rapid manner to Fab User and to bridge issue solving for advanced ones in-between User & system product team at tsmc headquarters.
Job Responsibilities
(Immediately after hiring)
1. Performs defined tasks per documented instructions/processes (SOP).
2. Monitors and manipulates alarms handling.
3. Executes system fast recovery and unexpected system event handling.
4. Respond to incoming telephone calls, and email inquiries from internal users (Fab User) regarding fab system-related problems.
5. Join 1st line shift to demonstrate capability above before becoming a Fab System Domain Expert.
6. Demonstrate expertise in fab systems domain including GigaCIM, AIOP, EA, ENGCIM, AIEDA.
7. Fluent Japanese/Mandarin speaking and listening, and English is a plus.

There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majored in computer science, information management, electrical engineering or IT-related areas.
2. Capable for Japanese/Mandarin business level communication skills in oral and English in written are suggested.
3. 2-year of IT experience or semiconductor industrial/Fab are required.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Good interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to work in high-pressure situations.
3. Capable of demonstrating teamwork.

2.Working Days & Hours - Working Days & Hours - 3 day-on, 3 day-off shift (D-shift 7:20AM~7:20PM, N-shift 7:20PM~ Next day 7:20AM)
