Summary

Wellness Center Management specialist oversees JASM Wellness Center, which is responsible for maintaining the physical and mental wellbeing and productivity of employees through not only complies with labor safety and health regulations, but also implementing health programs beyond the regulation according to employee’s needs. This Wellness Center is composed of occupational physicians and nurses, planners, and administrative staff.

 

 

Responsibilities

(Immediately after hiring)

  • Conducts health check-ups and evaluates the results to maintain the health of employees.
  • Provides advice and guidance to employees based on their health check-up results.
  • Manages the reporting of periodic health check-up results to relevant authorities.
  • Determines the work limitations and employment status of employees based on their health check-up results.
  • Develops and implements health programs and initiatives for employees.
  • Provides health education, health counseling, and other measures to promote employee health.
  • Conducts stress checks and provides counseling for employees with high levels of stress.
  • Oversees the maintenance and management of the workplace environment.
  • Investigates and takes measures to prevent the recurrence of health problems in employees.
  • Create frameworks for D&I and disability employment, and institutionalize the mechanisms.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Self-Starter, proactive attitude to work in High-Paced environment
  • Ability to work in fluent Japanese and business level Chinese. (Business English is a plus)
  • At least 5 years of experience in healthcare management.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions.
  • Knowledge of labor safety and health regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate a team of health professionals.
  • Proficient in using health check-up systems and data analysis tools.
  • Sufficient understanding of Japanese law and regulation (e.g. Industrial Safety and Health Act) including employment of the handicapped
  • Sufficient OA skill of MS-Office products (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
     

 

 

Working Conditions

  1. Location - (Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102  (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
  2. Working Days & Hours - 8:30~17:30
  3.
