For our future fab in Dresden, we are looking for a highly motivated and committed:

IT Engineer - Corporate IT Service (m/f/d)

Depending on your previous experience and avialbility you will have the opportunity for on the job training at advanced manufactring facility at TSMC in Taiwan for up to one year.

Job Responsibilities

1. Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure user’s success.

2. Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned user groups, providing support, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documentation.

3. Effectively gather, clarify, and prioritize requirements from users in terms of business flows, system constraints, and even pain points and provide proposals and deliver user wish day to HQ PM team / DevOps team.

4. May involved in design, assessment, and project management of local IT solution introductions if HQ cannot provide global solution or special needs triggered by local policy and rules. And sometimes support proofreading to make sure the quality of localization.

Job Qualifications

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Automation or Electrical Engineering or similar technical fields with equivalent practical experience.

2. 1-2 years IT work/ Internship experience in IT area. Concept of software engineering and product life cycle management. Strong development skills in languages such as Java, Go or Node.js.

3. A can-do attitude with mature, stable, and open-minded mindset to complete job tasks, demonstrating strong customer service orientation, teamwork spirit, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with exceptional organizational abilities to prioritize and deliver assignments efficiently under tight deadlines. Views problem-solving as an opportunity to improve systems and actively embrace automation over manual effort.

4. Fluent in English (C1) AND proficiency (at least B2) in either German OR Mandarin.
