Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. In 2023, the company served 528 customers with 11,895 products for high performance computing, smartphones, IoT, automotive, and consumer electronics, and is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs with annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and its ESMC subsidiary plans to begin construction on a fab in Germany in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
Job Responsibilities
1. The following job scope is subject to the organizational planning phase and the individual’s competency and experience.
2. Lead cross-functional HR projects/key initiatives: Manage and drive key HR initiatives across various HR functions to support organizational goals.
3. Business account management: Provide strategic HR support and manage business accounts to align HR practices with business objectives.
4. Organizational excellence and team development: Enable HR-Corporate Business & RD (CBRD) organizational excellence by fostering team development and continuous improvement.
5. Talent Development: Coach and develop CBRD talent and enhance Business Partner (BP) capabilities.
6. Data Analysis & Insight: Collect, organize, and analyze data to produce actionable insights that inform both business and people decisions.
7. External Insights: Integrate external perspectives to enhance HRBP expertise, processes, and organizational outcomes.
8. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Center of Excellence/Operations Center (COE/OC) parties to achieve desired business results.
9. Ad-Hoc Tasks: Handle other HRBP-related tasks as required. 
Job Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. 5-15 years of HR management or HRBP experience.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
4. Effective communicator with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
5. Strategic thinker with HR partnership capabilities.
6. Agile learner, able to adapt and flex in dynamic environments.
7. Has a global mindset and cross-cultural experience.
8. Is resilient.
9. Able to collaborate with and constructively challenge diverse team members for the greater good.
