Summary

The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the JASM’s HR information system (HRIS) and other Digital HR systems to support HR operations and decision-making. This role will require experience in time and attendance (T&A) and payroll systems.

 

 

Responsibilities

(Immediately after hiring)

  • Manage and maintain HRIS systems which is including other HR systems, ensuring configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Develop and maintain documentation, user manuals, and training materials for HRIS systems
  • Collaborate with TSMC, JASM HR and IT teams to identify system enhancements and implement changes
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations
  • Analyze HR data and provide reports to support HR decision-making
  • Manage T&A and payroll systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations

  • There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.

 

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 3+ years of experience in HR

         A thorough understanding of the employee life cycle with exposure to HR modules like HCM, Recruitment, Time &  Attendance, Talent  & Performance, and Compensation

  • Willing to improve HR environment
  • Knowledge of Human Resources
  • Problem-solving with IT department
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Business level of English and fluent Japanese
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Core HR system experience (Company, Success Factors, People Soft)   is a plus
  • Multinational companies(MNCs) HR, IT, consulting experience is a plus
  • Mandarin is a plus
  • Experience of T&A, Payroll is a plus

 

 

Working Conditions

  • Location - (Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102  (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
  • Working Days & Hours - 8:30~17:30
