Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. In 2023, the company served 528 customers with 11,895 products for high performance computing, smartphones, IoT, automotive, and consumer electronics, and is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs with annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and its ESMC subsidiary plans to begin construction on a fab in Germany in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
Job Responsibilities
The task may include project proposal preparation, data analysis, reports, and communication with the related stakeholders.
 
1. Be responsible for the assigned account(s) to provide HR support on policies & procedures of related HR domains, including recruiting, staffing, employee benefits and development, etc.
2. Facilitate HR annual programs and activities to ensure the execution is aligned with program purposes and objectives.
3. Support manager(s) or director(s) on the assigned HR projects for HR solution implementation.
Job Qualifications
1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, curiosity to dig further for root cause and provide solutions with real impact.
2. Proven track record of project management from inception to completion.
3. Proficient in Microsoft applications.
4. Demonstrate ability to prioritize and manage multi-task while effectively addressing day-to-day responsibilities.
5. Fluent in both spoken and written English (TOEIC: 750+ is a plus).
6. 2+ years of working experiences in areas of Staffing/Recruiting/Learning & Development is a plus.
7. HR experiences in area service team is a plus.
8. Master’s degree or above in HRM or the related domains.
9. General knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
