Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. In 2023, the company served 528 customers with 11,895 products for high performance computing, smartphones, IoT, automotive, and consumer electronics, and is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs with annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and its ESMC subsidiary plans to begin construction on a fab in Germany in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
Job Responsibilities

1. Be the focal point of your business account. Partner with HRBP manager to proactively plan workforce, including efficiency reviews and providing strategic assistance in developing future staffing.
2. Analyze comprehensive people data to identify organizational problems and assist in formulating people strategy.
3. Play the role as employee advocate. Establish an effective mechanism for better mutual communication between your business leaders and employees. 
4. Work closely with HR COE partners on various HRBP initiatives and projects (Talent Acquisition, Org. Development,etc).
5. Manage annual HR-related process such as PMD, promotion, salary review,etc.
6. Other HRBP related ad-hoc tasks.

Job Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Management, or related domains is preferred.
2. 3+ years of experience in HR management and administration.
3. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
4. Capability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively to influence all employees at all levels of the organization.
5. Learning agility and the ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment.
6. Basic knowledge of semiconductor industry and business outlook.
