Overview of Role

We value our employees and believe that a strong HR team is integral to our success. We are currently seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team and support our HR operations. The HR Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department by managing HR events, coordinating recruitment activities, and providing general HR operational support. This position is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about human resources and eager to contribute to a thriving workplace. TSMC is currently operating in a hybrid work schedule with 4 days in office.

 

Responsibilities

HR Recruiting Activities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies on various platforms and managing incoming applications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial screening of candidates to assess their suitability for specific roles.
  • Manage the recruitment database with candidate information and interview feedback.
  • Support recruitment related projects and events.

 

HR Operational Work:

  • Provide administration support to the Sr. HR Director and HR team
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Sr. HR director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of HR projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documents
  • Organize and coordinate HR meetings, workshops, and events.

 

Supports HR Events:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related events, such as employee health fair, wellness events.
  • Coordinate and facilitate logistics for events.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 years+ experience on project management or HR general operation management areas.
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Previous experience in HR or recruiting is a plus.

Pay Transparency Statement

At TSMC, your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package. At the time of this posting, this role typically pays an annual base salary between $71,500 and $101,500 per year. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires. Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range. Factors that influence pay include the individual's skills, qualifications, education, experience and the position level and location.
