Job Responsibilities
1. Provide consultancies on Global Mobility principles / policies, processes and vendor services to stakeholders
2. Ensure global and local programs are well aligned and executed.
3. Ensure compliance of Global Mobility programs, with the ability to think out of the box for policies enhancement upon policies review
4. Aware of income tax and social security practice for International Assignment and be able to advise to related stakeholders of the implication to International Assignment
5. Keep track of each global exception request and generate analysis for policy review
6. Aware of external market trends and developments in Global Mobility related areas in the market, and research for resources on policy design
7. Communicate and train of all Global Mobility topics in assigned countries to different stakeholders
8. Manage contractual relationships with local external vendors
Job Qualifications
1. Strong analytical skills and be able to provide inputs for policies review
2. Excellent presentation and communication skills to all levels of the organization
3. Ability to work under pressure as well as prioritizing
4. Aware of different cultures with the ability to flex style to suit differing cultural norms
5. Strong customer-centered mindset
6. Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent
7. 5+ years of overall international work experiences in Global Mobility and in an international and matrix environment
8. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
9. Knowledge of global Policies design, compliance and legislation (Immigration / income Tax)
10. Fluent in both Chinese and English. Japanese is a plus
