Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. In 2023, the company served 528 customers with 11,895 products for high performance computing, smartphones, IoT, automotive, and consumer electronics, and is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs with annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and its ESMC subsidiary plans to begin construction on a fab in Germany in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Employee Services Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring a seamless workplace experience through efficient management of canteen services, vendor relationships, and general affairs. Job Responsibilities

Your job responsibilities encompass the following:

1. Oversee and manage canteen operations to ensure quality service and compliance with health and safety regulations.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services.
3. Handle general affairs management, ensuring all administrative and operational tasks are completed efficiently.
4. Collaborate with other departments to support company events and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and well-being.
5. Continuously evaluate and improve services to meet the evolving needs of the organization and its employees.
6. Key Areas of Responsibility/Key Projects

(1) Canteen Management: Ensure the canteen is well-stocked, hygienic, and meets dietary needs of employees.
(2) Vendor Management: Establish and maintain productive partnerships with vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality of service.
(3) General Affairs Management: Address and resolve any issues related to office facilities and general workplace operations.
Job Qualifications

2. Other Requirements

(1) Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
(2) Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience in hospitality, human resources, or a related area.
(3) International Experience: Previous experience in international restaurant management is an asset.
