To help us build the foundation of our future fab in Dresden, we are looking for a highly motivated and passionate: 

ESH & ERC Manager

Responsible for overseeing Dresden's Environmental, Safety and Health (ESH) and Emergency Response-related affairs. This includes ensuring the legal compliance of the fab site and mitigating associated risks. Collaborates with the corporate ESH team to communicate with government entities, customers, and stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
1. Lead and mentor ESH/ERC team members in executing related tasks and responsibilities.
2. Ensure alignment with corporate ESH policies and procedures while developing and implementing an effective management system.
3. Implement new or revised federal, state, and local ESH/ERC regulations, standards, and requirements.
4. Oversee the site's compliance with regulatory standards across environmental, safety, health and fire programs.
5. Conduct and review audits of applicable ESH/ERC programs, develop recommendations for improvement to ensure compliance with internal procedures as well as relevant laws and regulations.
6. Review ESH incidents, abnormal cases, or near-misses to identify and implement preventative actions.
7. Implement Emergency response and Fire preventative actions.
Job Qualifications
Qualifications and Education:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in ISEP(ESH/ERC)-related roles.
3. Possession of professional or nationally recognized certifications in Safety, Hygiene, Environmental or Fire protection is advantageous.
4. Previous ISEP(ESH/ERC) experience in the semiconductor industry, high-tech manufacturing, or large international companies is preferred.
5. Familiarly with Government ESH and fire codes is essential. Global fire codes.(i.e. FM or NFPA) is plus.

Must have experience:

Well-versed in EU, German Federal, and Saxony state regulations, specifically those pertaining to ESH (Environmental, Safety, and Health) and fire protection in Dresden.

Language Skills:

1. Proficient in both German and English.
2. Conversational skills in Mandarin are an advantage

Professional Skills:

Proficient in ISO standards 14001, 14044, 14046, 14064, 14067, and 45001, as well as related ESH management systems.

1. Ensuring the timely completion and efficiency of activities during the construction phase
2. Facilitating a seamless transition from the construction phase to the operational phase
