Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. In 2023, the company served 528 customers with 11,895 products for high performance computing, smartphones, IoT, automotive, and consumer electronics, and is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs with annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and its ESMC subsidiary plans to begin construction on a fab in Germany in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced EDA License Management Engineer to join our team.

Key responsibilities:

1. EDA License Management: EDA license annual forecast demand collection/review/compilation for deal renewal, monthly forecast demand collection/review/compilation, urgent license support, license utilization management, EDA cost/spending run rate management, data analysis.
2. EDA Partner Management: Collaborate with EDA partners to execute EDA deal, define SOP for EDA license management.
3. IT infrastructure: Build up EDA license management infrastructure, including business rule implementation, EDA product management, license purchase workflow, cost optimization, token license alert mechanism, and license utilization management.
Job Qualifications
1. Strength in initiating, organizing, and driving cross department collaboration, excellent interpersonal skills and business sensitivity.
2. Self-starter, fast learner, able to work independently, collaborate with multiple departments, and able to drive results.
3. At least 3 years of experience in semiconductor industries.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint is preferred.
5. Fluent in English communication: Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing.
6. Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, e.g., EE (Electrical Engineering), CE (Computer Engineering), CS (Computer Science), or business related.
