Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. As of 2024, TSMC serves more than 500 customers and manufactures over 11,000 products for high-performance computing, smartphones, the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, and digital consumer electronics. It is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs, with an annual capacity of over 17 million 12-inch equivalent wafers in 2025. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and the Company began construction on a specialty technology fab in Dresden, Germany, in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
Job Responsibilities
1. Oversee daily canteen operations to ensure quality service quality and compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
2. Build and maintain productive partnerships with vendors, negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.
3. Manage general affairs and administrative tasks efficiently to support daily business operations.
4. Partner with internal departments to support corporate events and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and well-being.
5. Continuously gather feedback and optimize services to meet the evolving needs of the company and its employees.
Job Qualifications

Other Requirements:
  1. Educational Background: Master’s degree in hospitality, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  2. Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience in hospitality, human resources, or a related area.
  3. International Experience: Previous experience in international restaurant management is an asset.
