Job Responsibilities
1. Assist in defining new advanced logic, specialty technology features, and advanced-packaging/chiplet solutions to meet future vehicle requirements.
2. Engage with Automotive customers and ecosystem IP partners; Secure design wins and acquire deep knowledge on future silicon requirement from existing or potential Auto customers.
3. Work with key internal divisions/stakeholders on executing Automotive Logic & Specialty technology development plans, and offering of Automotive service packages.
4. Estimate near-term and long term revenue/wafer demand for Automotive platform, and support business process for Management reviews.
5. Understand the requirement of Automotive industry supply chain, quality matrix and geographical diversification, to strengthen TSMC internal infrastructure and manufacturing excellence to support the growth in our Automotive business.
Job Qualifications
1. B.S. degree or above in engineering suggested.
2. >10 years of experience in semiconductor/automotive industry, preferably in Foundry, IDM or Fabless with >5 years of experience in business development, marketing, Sales or foundry management role.
3. Good understanding of automotive requirement and standards, such as: AEC-Q100, IATF16949/VDA, ISO26262, ASIL-C/D, SAE Level 1-5.
4. Experienced in semiconductor process technology (FinFET, Planar CMOS, or Specialty technology such as eNVM, BCD or RF).
5. Self-motivated, proactive and interested in developing new business and partnership.
6. Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English, preferably experienced in working with TSMC internal stakeholders (R&D, Manufacturing, Customer Services, DTP, etc).
