In TSMC's Facilities team, you will participate in the operation and construction of advanced fabs, ensuring critical facility systems are efficient and stable, providing robust support for cutting-edge global tech products. 職務說明

1.Responsible for the planning, construction, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of factory utility water/electrical/gas/mechanical systems, including emergency response and handling of anomalies, and participating in new plant construction, expansion, and renovation projects.

2.Conduct risk analysis of the supply quality for factory utility water treatment/electrical/gas/mechanical systems, manage safety, and oversee system improvement management.

3.Collaborate closely with equipment, process, and other departments to ensure stable operational quality of factory utility systems.

4.Engage in cross-unit communication, coordination, and problem-solving, utilizing statistical management methods to ensure the operational quality and stability of factory utility systems.

職務要求

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering-related fields, specializing in Electrical/Electronics, Control, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Civil, Computer Science, or Environmental Engineering backgrounds.

2. Excellent communication, teamwork, and logical thinking skills.

3. Good work attitude and integrity, continuously innovating in daily operations.

4. Strong problem-solving abilities, team spirit, and proactive learning capability, constantly innovating in daily operations.

5. Possess project management skills.

6. Ability to work rotating shifts and accept a three-shift work system.
