Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. In 2023, the company served 528 customers with 11,895 products for high performance computing, smartphones, IoT, automotive, and consumer electronics, and is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs with annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and its ESMC subsidiary plans to begin construction on a fab in Germany in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.

The Foreign Exchange Management Department at TSMC is responsible for overseeing foreign currency risks across our global operations. This role entails regular market analysis and trade execution to ensure effective risk management. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled candidate to join our team.

1. Manage TSMC's foreign exchange exposure and develop effective hedging strategies for headquarters and overseas fabs in the United States, Japan, China, and Germany.
2. Perform trades effectively to optimize P&L and adherence to strategic objectives.
3. Conduct macroeconomic research and provide market updates to the management team.
4. Oversee foreign currency loans to support the company’s operations.
5. Participate in cross-functional projects, contributing ideas and solutions to drive organizational initiatives.
職務要求
1. 3 to 7 years of experience in a financial market-related role in banking or corporate finance, specializing in foreign exchange or interest rate management.
2. A bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field is preferred.
3. Familiarity with Bloomberg and Reuters.
4. Excellent proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
5. Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth analysis with strong presentation skills to convey insights.
