European Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (ESMC) is a joint venture between four technology leaders, TSMC, Bosch, Infineon and NXP, to establish a state-of-the-art semiconductor fab in the heart of Europe. To help us build the foundation of our future fab in Dresden, we are looking for a highly motivated and passionate:

Space Management Engineer

The role:

As Space Management Engineer you will contribute to designing and maintaining efficient, safe, and compliant space configurations for both our state of the art semiconductor fab and modern office spaces. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring optimal utilization of our physical spaces while adhering to project schedules and regulatory standards.

1. Control the integration schedule to meet project deadlines, ensuring timely completion of space-related tasks.
2. Gather and integrate all project requirements, providing planning drawings to vendors for seamless space integration, including tool layout in the fab, Automated Material Handling System, and Data Computer Center.
3. Execute architectural design and pre-opening activities, including building pre-embedding, to facilitate smooth space utilization.
4. Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive space management plans for the fab, optimizing physical space usage and efficiency.
5. Oversee and coordinate the allocation of office and lab space, making necessary adjustments based on staff changes and evolving needs.
6. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in facility layouts and space utilization, prioritizing the well-being of our team members.
7. Monitor and analyze space usage data to recommend improvements or changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
8. Complete Hookup equipment and pipes space integration with meticulous attention to detail and efficiency.

職務要求
Qualifications and Education:

1. Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field with minimum of 3 years experiences in space planning, facilities management, or a similar role in an industrial or high-tech environment.
2. Culturally adapt and open minded to learn.
3. Flexible to be able to adapt to changing environment and fast response to support uninterrupted facility operations.

Language Skills: Fluent German and English is required.

Professional Skills:

1. Demonstrated experience in using space management software and tools such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, Revit and similar tools.
2. Proven ability to plan spaces within large-scale construction projects using BIM processes and standards.
