Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. In 2023, the company served 528 customers with 11,895 products for high performance computing, smartphones, IoT, automotive, and consumer electronics, and is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs with annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and its ESMC subsidiary plans to begin construction on a fab in Germany in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
職務說明
1. Develop strategies and annual plans as a key planner to engage domestic/overseas students at all degree levels and help them better understand TSMC.
2. Develop creative ways and oversee plan execution to ensure that our student engagement programs continue to be an effective approach to delivering an attractive employer brand for TSMC.
3. Establish and maintain relationships with university faculty, career center staff, and professors to help increase brand exposure on campus and collect information from various channels for internal sharing.
4. Gather and analyze the domestic/overseas student talent market to offer insights to relevant stakeholders in determining recruitment strategies and sourcing plans.
5. Effectively partner with hiring managers and recruiters to better understand business needs and optimize recruiting strategies.
職務要求
1. Master’s degree or above in Marketing, Human Resources, Business, or Psychology.
2. Experience in project planning and execution with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. Good communicator with strong relationship management skills, able to work with all levels of the organization, and connect well with students.
4. Self-directed, forward-thinker who can bring new ideas to the forefront based on trends and external best practices.
5. A strategic, flexible, and detail-oriented style with strong analytical skills and an ability to frame complex issues and problems to seek optimal solutions.
6. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
7. Highly energetic with excellent writing and communication skills and a curious nature.
8. Highly proficient in spoken and written English; overseas experiences are a plus.
