Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. In 2023, the company served 528 customers with 11,895 products for high performance computing, smartphones, IoT, automotive, and consumer electronics, and is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs with annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and its ESMC subsidiary plans to begin construction on a fab in Germany in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
職務說明
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mixed IC Engineer to join our team.

Key responsibilities:

1. Design, simulate, verify and document mixed-signal circuits for various applications
2. Work closely with the cross-functional teams to determine architecture and circuit specifications
3. Develop innovative solutions to complex design challenges
4. Self-learn new design techniques and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends
5. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall design quality
6. Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of analog and mixed-signal design
職務要求
1. Master's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related field
2. Proven track record in the design of data converters (ADC/DAC), PLL and high-speed clocking circuits, and sensors
3. Strong understanding of analog and mixed-signal design principles, simulation tools, and verification methodologies
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Strong communication skills, both oral and written
7. Experience with industry-standard design tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, and Mentor
