Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. In 2023, the company served 528 customers with 11,895 products for high performance computing, smartphones, IoT, automotive, and consumer electronics, and is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs with annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and its ESMC subsidiary plans to begin construction on a fab in Germany in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
職務說明
1. Provide consultancies on Global Mobility principles / policies, processes and vendor services to stakeholders.
2. Ensure global and local programs are well aligned and executed.
3. Ensure compliance of Global Mobility programs, with the ability to think out of the box for policies enhancement upon policies review.
4. Aware of income tax and social security practice for International Assignment and be able to advise to related stakeholders of the implication to International Assignment.
5. Keep track of each global exception request and generate analysis for policy review.
6. Aware of external market trends and developments in Global Mobility related areas in the market, and research for resources on policy design.
7. Communicate and train of all Global Mobility topics in assigned countries to different stakeholders.
8. Manage contractual relationships with local external vendors.
職務要求
1. Strong analytical skills and be able to provide inputs for policies review.
2. Excellent presentation and communication skills to all levels of the organization.
3. Ability to work under pressure as well as prioritizing.
4. Aware of different cultures with the ability to flex style to suit differing cultural norms.
5. Strong customer-centered mindset.
6. Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
7. 5+ years of overall international work experiences in Global Mobility and in an international and matrix environment.
8. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
9. Knowledge of global Policies design, compliance and legislation. (Immigration / income Tax)
10. Fluent in both Chinese and English. Japanese is a plus.
