職務說明
1. Responsible for the daily HR administrative request to support the employees and managers.
2. Implement HR annual activities with line managers.
3. Work as a HR contact window mainly for 1st line employee’s inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
4. Support AST Manager on the assigned HR projects for HR solution implementation.
職務要求
1. Demonstrate ability to prioritize and manage multi-task while effectively addressing day-to-day responsibilities.
2. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and earn credibility with line managers.
3. Flexible for changes, quick learner, team player with high AQ.
4. High learning agility with an aggressive attitude.
5. Capable in project management and able/ willing to handle details with follow-through attitude.
6. Fluent in both spoken and written English.
7. Proficient in Microsoft applications.
8. General knowledge of HR practices.
