For our future fab in Dresden, we are looking for a highly motivated and committed:
Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist (m/f/d)

You will play a key role in translating global compensation frameworks into practical solutions for the German organization. Working closely with our global headquarters in Taiwan, you will help establish transparent, data-driven compensation processes while ensuring compliance with local market practices and business requirements.

This position combines Compensation & Benefits expertise, HR Controlling, data analytics and project management. It is ideal for someone who enjoys working with complex data, building structured processes and partnering with international stakeholders in a fast-growing organization.

1. Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of global compensation processes for the German organization.
2. Conduct salary benchmarking, market analysis and compensation analytics to support business decisions.
3. Manage job evaluations and grading processes using internationally recognized methodologies.
4. Support annual compensation processes, including merit reviews, salary planning and bonus cycles.
5. Develop meaningful reports and dashboards to provide data-driven insights for HR and business leaders.
6. Partner with HR Business Partners, managers and global stakeholders on compensation-related topics.
7. Support the implementation and optimization of compensation processes and digital HR solutions.
8. Contribute to international Compensation & Benefits projects in close collaboration with our headquarters.
職務要求
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics or a related field.
2. Several years of professional experience in Compensation & Benefits within an international corporate environment.
3. Solid experience in salary benchmarking, job evaluation and compensation analysis.
4. Strong analytical mindset with a genuine passion for working with numbers and large data sets.
5. Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and experience working with Macros.
6. Experience in HR Controlling combined with Compensation & Benefits is highly valued.
7. Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
8. Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working in an international matrix organization.
9. Excellent German and English communication skills.
