We are looking for dedicated and like-minded partners to join our dynamic and fast-paced team as a Recruitment Center Assistant. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our talent acquisition efforts and driving meaningful change. We offer a competitive compensation including a base salary (NTD 34,100 per month or above), business performance bonus, and profit-sharing. 職務說明
1. Validate, organize, and maintain candidate data in the internal recruitment system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
2. Manage job postings and optimize data handling on external recruitment platforms to maximize visibility and outreach.
3. Monitor and track candidate status throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience.
4. Support the planning and execution of assigned projects, events, and meetings; proactively oversee progress and prepare comprehensive reports to drive results.
職務要求
1. A team player with good demonstrations from past experiences is a must.
2. Attention to detail is a must with demonstrated proficiency in utilizing various office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
3. Strong Integrity and commitment to results.
4. Logical thinking, multitasking abilities to manage complexity and dynamic demands.
5. Strong verbal and written English communication skills is a plus.
6. Possess a minimum of bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Management, or the related domains is preferred.
7. Have 3+ years of working experience in HR, and in a multinational company is preferred.
