職務說明

1. Responsible for manufacture equipment improvements through working with key industrial partners in equipment technology.

2. Proactive understanding of technology innovations and developing new hardware initiatives to define scope, re-engineer current hardware, perform engineering design, manage project of various material and mechanical perspectives to deliver solutions to enhance equipment productivity.

3. Focus on technical improvement for new process application and system hardware development.

4. DFM for new tool development including productivity and process performance improvement.

5. Advances in process technology pathfinding for manufacturability.

6. Assist to benchmark and formalize production tool roadmap.

職務要求

1. Bachelor degree and above. Major in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical and Automation Engineering related fields.

2. Having experience with equipment maintenance or improvement is a plus.

3. Having semiconductor processes knowledge is a plus.

4. Good problem solving skills, communication ability, team spirit, active learning attitude and is adequate in English.
