職務說明

1. Exploration of novel Epi material, chemistry, and process.

2. Leading the team in brainstorming and demonstrating new ideas.

3. Technology innovation that focuses on new materials, new process or new hardware design.

4. Hands-on participation of processing, material characterization and hardware design.

5. Strong sense of ownership.

6. Good team work spirit. Open communication with cross function engineers and key industrial partners.

職務要求

1. Master's degree and above. Major in Materials Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistries or related fields.

2. Strong leadership in technical innovation.

3. Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills, based upon fundamental.

4. Excellent written and spoken communication skills are required.

5. Having the semiconductor process knowledge.
