職務說明

1. As a Technical Manager, AI Market Analytics within the Business Operations Division, you will play a key role in assessing AI accelerator IC demand, which is the fastest growing business at TSMC. Your responsibilities include analyzing market dynamics and trends across the AI hardware supply chain by utilizing effective business intelligence tools, as well as quantifying their impact on the company through numerical demand modeling.

2. You will work closely with our demand planning team, account managers, and business development to gather intelligence and form insights, which will support corporate revenue forecasting, capacity allocation, and fab rationalization strategies, ensuring alignment with TSMC's operational goals.

職務要求

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Master or Ph.D in Engineering, Science, or Business.

2. 5+ years of work experience, preferably at CSPs (cloud service providers), major AI service providers, or server OEMs/ODMs.

3. Strong independent thinking and intellectual curiosity.

4. Proficiency in Excel with strong analytical and logical thinking skills.

5. Fluency in English, written and spoken.

6. Detail-oriented and result-driven mindset.

7. Strong business acumen and the ability to function effectively as a team player, including active listening and conflict resolution.

8. Excellent business writing and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in business modelling, such as demand or financial modeling.

2. Background in market research and analysis.

3. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese, written and spoken.

4. Proven experience in executive communication.

5. Knowledge of IC and semiconductor process technology, computer architecture, and the PC/Server system supply chain.

6. Understanding of financial statement analysis and macroeconomic analysis.
