職務說明
As a Demand Analyst/Manager specializing in PC/Server within the Business Operations Division, you will play a key role in assessing PC/Server IC demand at TSMC. Your responsibilities include analyzing market dynamics and trends across the PC and server supply chain by utilizing effective business intelligence tools, as well as quantifying their impact on the company through numerical demand modeling.

Your insights will support corporate forecasting, capacity allocation, and fab rationalization strategies, ensuring alignment with TSMC's operational goals.
職務要求
Mandatory Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of work experience, preferably in the PC/Server/CPU/GPU/AI/CSP industry or in financial/industry analysis with a focus on related fields.
2. Master’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Science, or Business.
3. Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese, written and spoken.
4. Proficiency in Excel with strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
5. Strong independent thinking and intellectual curiosity.
6. Detail-oriented and result-driven mindset.
7. Strong business acumen and the ability to function effectively as a team player, including active listening and conflict resolution.
8. Excellent business writing and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in business modeling, such as demand or financial modeling.
2. Background in market research and analysis.
3. Proven experience in executive communication.
4. Knowledge of IC and semiconductor process technology, computer architecture, and the PC/Server system supply chain.
5. Understanding of financial statement analysis and macroeconomic analysis.
