Manufacturing quality and reliability manager oversees quality control and reliability in manufacturing operations. Take responsible to manage processes, ensure product quality, and maintain reliability standards. Responsibilities
(Immediately after hiring)
- Define DPPM (defective parts per million) requirement for new technology ramp up and DPPM reduction.
- Fan out event lesson learnt to Fabs from both quality culture and defense reinforcement perspectives.
- Improve organization capability with technical and analytical problem-solving skills (a structured methodology such as PDCA, 8D, 3Leg/5Why, and KT).
- Communicate and collaborate within internal organizations and engage external customers.
(Scope of change)
There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master. Major in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Engineering, Physics, Statistics, Reliability, or a related field.
- More than 10 years of experience in semiconductor quality and reliability, integration, or product engineering.
- Fluent in English.
- Drive for results and prioritize projects/tasks.
- A committed person with integrity, good intention.
- A go-to person who enjoy working across different teams to develop solutions.
- Proactive and innovative.
- Accountable, demonstrable ability to balance and schedule project priorities.
- Critical thinking, insight, decision making, take calculated risk, absorb knowledge, business acumen.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic communication in Mandarin is a plus.
