Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. In 2023, the company served 528 customers with 11,895 products for high performance computing, smartphones, IoT, automotive, and consumer electronics, and is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs with annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and its ESMC subsidiary plans to begin construction on a fab in Germany in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.

We are seeking a highly experienced (Senior) Business Analyst Manager to join our transformation program team. This role is crucial to our mission of driving significant strategic and operational changes to enhance organizational effectiveness and agility. The Senior Business Analyst Manager will lead a team of business analysts to ensure successful program delivery.

1. Process Analysis and Improvement:
(1) Oversee the analysis of existing processes and the identification of improvement opportunities.
(2) Lead Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and Business Impact Analysis (BIA) initiatives.
(3) Support collaboration with business partners to build robust business cases.
(4) Ensure the preparation of project timelines and budget estimates.
(5) Lead the creation and implementation of business cases.

2. Requirements Gathering and Documentation:

(1) Supervise the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business requirements and user stories.
(2) Oversee maintenance of detailed project backlogs including functional, non-functional, legal, and operational requirements.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration:

(1) Partner with senior business leads to identify and assess business needs.
(2) Ensure operational readiness and smooth transition post-implementation.
(3) Communicate project changes and updates to senior stakeholders.

4. Solution Design and Implementation:

(1) Collaborate closely with technical analysts and architects to design and implement comprehensive solutions.
(2) Lead the design and execution of comprehensive training plans.
(3) Oversee project progress, track risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
(4) Conduct regular project reviews to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables.

5. Team Leadership and Development:

(1) Lead, mentor, and develop a team of business analysts. 
(2) Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
(3) Provide guidance on best practices in business analysis.
職務要求
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience (7+ years) in business analysis and 3+ years in a management role, with a focus on large-scale transformation projects.
3. Strong understanding of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
4. Strong understanding of business process modeling, data analysis, and project management methodologies.
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
6. Proficiency in business analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visio, JIRA).
7. Experience with large transformation programs preferred.

Preferred Skills

1. Language: both Mandarin Chinese and English are required.
2. Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies.
