Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. In 2023, the company served 528 customers with 11,895 products for high performance computing, smartphones, IoT, automotive, and consumer electronics, and is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs with annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and its ESMC subsidiary plans to begin construction on a fab in Germany in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.

The Office Arrangement Specialist is responsible for planning and implementing efficient office layouts and ensuring that the workspace meets the needs of all employees. This role involves coordinating with various departments to understand their requirements, managing office resources, and overseeing the setup and maintenance of office equipment and furniture.

1. Plan and design office layouts to optimize space utilization and enhance productivity.
2. Coordinate with department/division representatives to gather requirements and understand specific workspace needs.
3. Manage the setup, arrangement, and maintenance of office furniture and equipment
4. Oversee office moves and relocations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
5. Maintain an inventory of office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
6. Collaborate with vendors and service providers to procure necessary office furnishings and equipment.
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the office environment.
8. Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and organization.
9. Handle any issues or problems related to office arrangements promptly and effectively.
10. Monitor and manage the budget for office arrangements and related expenses.
職務要求
1. Strong organizational and planning skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Interior Design, or related field.
4. Previous experience in office management, facilities coordination, or a similar role.
5. Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and design software (e.g., AutoCAD) is a plus.
6. Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
