Job Overview: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented HR Data Analyst to join our HR team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in transforming HR data into actionable insights that will help shape our people strategies. This role requires a passion for data, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex data findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, compile, and analyze HR data from various sources, including HRIS, payroll, and employee surveys.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to support HR initiatives and business objectives.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data sets to provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
- Support the development and implementation of data-driven HR strategies and initiatives.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality in all HR data processes.
- Stay updated on HR analytics trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within HR or a related function.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data findings clearly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.

The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires. Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range.
